摘　　要：慢性病越来越成为影响人类健康和疾病负担的重要因素,近年来慢性病逐渐被纳入医疗保险的范围。以潜江市为研究对象,了解医疗保险门诊慢性病的管理现状,发现存在的问题并提出建议,为国内医疗保险门诊慢性病管理提供借鉴。At present, chronic disease becomes the health important factor for peoples, chronic disease patients bear a heavy economic burden. For this situation, in recent years, chronic diseases were gradually into the scope of medical treatment insurance. Based on QianJiang city as research object, understand of outpatient medical insurance management status, found existing problems and put forward some suggestions, hoping to provide reference for the domestic medical insurance of disease outpatient management.
