摘　　要：目的:分析大型公立医院院长的胜任力与医院能力之间的匹配关系。方法:使用基于模糊集的定性比较方法。结果:无论医院属于何种能力类型,执行能力都是医院院长必须具备的一种特征,而制度创新却不是。结论:本文研究发现院长执行能力虽然是必须的,但却不是唯一的,还有其他要素影响医院绩效。Objective：Analysis of the President large hospitals competency hospital capacity of the match between relations. Methods： This article uses the qualitative comparison analysis based on Fuzzy-set method. Results：No matter what kind of hospital capacity type imple- mentation capacity are hospital must be the new system is characterized.Conclusion：This article is found that the president implementation capacity is necessary, but it is not only aspect,there＇ re other factors affecting the hospital high performance products.
