城市滨河景观生态建设评价与安全管理——以宝鸡市为例

摘　　要：城市滨水区的自然生态功能和景观功能对城市的发展有重要作用。依据城市滨河景观生态建设原则,采用公众调查问卷以及模糊统计方法,以宝鸡市为例对渭河滨水景观生态建设进行了评价分析。结果表明:滨河景观生态建设泄洪安全性较好,人工自然景观生态的审美欣赏性好,受到人们的好评,但滨水区生态功能、人工湖水面景观的亲水性和可持续性差,开放空间系统性不足。从景观视觉形象、环境生态绿化、城市河流的文化价值以及大众行为心理考虑,提出了强调景观生态综合效应、安全性以及加强城市滨水景观生态建设动态管理措施。The nature ecological functions of urban riverfront landscape have very importment roles in development of city.According to the principles of waterfront landscape construction,and using the public questionnaire and the method of the fuzzy statistics,riverfront landscape ecological construction of river Weihe was assessed.The results showed that securitily flood carrying capacity is very good,the artifical natural riverfront landscape ecological has beautiful enjoy value,but the ecological functions and sustainable of the artifical lake Landscap are bad,and the open space systems are not enough.From the visual image of the landscape,ecological greening of environment,cultural value of urban river and the psychological of public acts,the comprehensive effects and safety of landscape ecological construction,and dynamic detection and regulation measures on the landscape optimization in the future are proposed.
