蜈蚣提取液对裸鼠移植肝癌治疗作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨蜈蚣提取液体内对肝癌的治疗作用及其机制。方法建立裸鼠Bel-7404人异位肝癌移植模型,以蜈蚣提取液予以灌服,观察肿瘤生长、裸鼠胸腺与脾质量及肝癌转移情况。结果裸鼠Bel-7404人异位肝癌移植模型成功率100%。蜈蚣提取液对裸鼠Bel-7404移植瘤有明显抑制作用,在移植后第31天,对照组的肿瘤体积为(1 187.5±117.4)mm3,治疗组为(506.1±65.7)mm3;裸鼠处死后,对照组的肿瘤质量为(1 059±125.2)mg,治疗组为(647±122.89)mg,抑制率达38.91%。治疗组胸腺指数为(2.15±0.43)%,脾指数为(10.63±3.7)%,对照组胸腺指数(0.81±0.27)%,脾指数为(7.90±2.58)%,2组比较有显著差异性。结论蜈蚣提取液能抑制裸鼠Bel-7404移植瘤的生长,机制为其能提高荷瘤裸鼠的胸腺指数及脾指数,具有增强裸鼠免疫功能作用。Objective It is to approach the effect and mechanisms of extract of centipede（ECP） on hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） Bel-7404.Methods The model of hefterotopic grafting carcinoma for HCC Bel-7404 in nude mouse was set up,and was treated by intragastric administration of ECP.The state of tumor growth and metastasis,including its weight of thymus gland and spleen were observed.Results The achievement ratio of hefterotopic grafting carcinoma for HCC Bel-7404 in nude mouse was 100%.It had distinctive inhibitive effect for ECP to hefterotopic grafting carcinoma for HCC Bel-7404 in nude mouse.At the 31st day postgraft,the grafting carcinoma volume was（1187.5±117.4） mm3 in control group,and was（506.1±65.7） mm3 in treatment group.The grafting carcinoma weight was（1059±125.2） mg in control group,and was（647±122.89）mg in treatment group,the inhibitive ratio reaches to 38.91%.The index of thymus gland and spleen was（2.15±0.43）% and（10.63±3.7）% respectively in treatment group,and was（0.81±0.27）% and（7.90±2.58）% respectively in control group,there were significant differences between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion ECP can inhibit the growth of hefterotopic grafting carcinoma for HCC Bel-7404 in nude mouse,the mechanisms relate to higher index of thymus gland and spleen,and increase immunological function of nude mouse.
