摘  要:目的:探讨营养护理干预对老年糖尿病不良饮食和生活方式、治疗效果及预后的影响。方法:将50例老年糖尿病患者分为健康教育组(干预组)与对照组,观察健康教育对老年糖尿病患者病情及相关指标的影响。结果:干预组健康意识增强,饮食习惯良好,不良生活方式改变明显,按时用药者达100%,高于对照组(P<0.01);饮食控制者达93%,明显高于对照组(P<0.01);血糖控制理想者达92%,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:营养护理干预可提高老年糖尿病的疗效及自我管理能力。Objective:To explore the effects of nutrition and nursing interventions on poor diet, lifestyle,treatment and prognosis for elderly patients with diabetes. Methods:50 patients with elderly diabetic were randomly divided into health education group and control group.The variety and related indicators of disease were observed. Results:The intervention group increased awareness of health, form good eating habits and changed bad lifestyle. Medication on time was 100% and there was significantly significant between the two groups (P〈0.01);diet control was 93% and there was significantly significant between the two groups(P〈0.01);ideal blood glucose control was 92% and there was significantly significant between the two groups (P 〈0.01).Conclusions:Nutrition interventions can improve curative effect and self-management capabilities for elderly diabetic patients.
