摘　　要：文章以R公司为研究对象,在介绍公司基本情况的基础上,分析公司多元化经营存在的问题。最后,结合理论知识,提出针对R公司多元化经营的改进建议。This paper takes company R as research object, and based on introducing the company＇s basic situation, analysis the problems in diversified management.Finally, combined with some theoretical knowledge, the paper proposes some suggestions for the improvement of Company R＇ s diversification.
