基于图像处理的烟标烫金质量检测技术研究

摘　　要：应用中值滤波法对采集的烫金图案进行噪声消除和边缘检测,使用immultiply函数对烫金区域进行处理,通过像素统计判断产品是否合格。通过大量实例进行了算法验证。对机器视觉检测技术在烟标烫金质量检测中的应用,具有一定的指导意义。The vision inspection of cellophane on tobacco package was proposed. Firstly the construction scheme of the inspection system was presented. Then the flow chart of program design was proposed and the boundary was located through projection algorithm. Finally, the inspection algorithm was tested by using pixel statistics and image difference method.
