斑点叉尾鮰(Ictalurus punctatus)消化系统形态学和组织学的初步研究

摘　　要：通过对斑点叉尾鮰(Ictalurus punctatus)消化系统的形态学和组织学观察,结果表明,消化道分化为明显的食道、胃、肠、肛门4个部分。食道肌肉层发达;胃黏膜表层为单层柱状细胞。肠由前、中、后3段构成,肠黏膜表面为单层柱状细胞,肠前段粘膜皱褶和杯状细胞丰富,肠后段次之,肠中段最少。肠前段、肠中段和肠后段肌层厚度分别约为(104.87±0.07)μm、(48.60±0.03)μm、(135.29±0.05)μm;肛门肌层发达。消化腺由肝脏、胰腺和胆囊组成,胰腺属弥散型;胆囊由浆膜层、肌层和粘膜层构成。The study on the morphology and histology of digestive system in Ictalurus punctatus showed that its alimentary tract consisted of esophagus with strong muscle layers, stomach,intestine and anus. The surface layers of mucous membrane of stomach were monolayer column cells. The intestine could be divided into the front part, the middle part and the back part, monolayer column cells were located on the surface of mucous membrane of intestine, mucous membrane folds and cup-shaped cells were rich in the front part, next in the back part and the least in the middle part, muscle layers in the front part, the middle part and the back part were （104.87±0.07）μm,（48.60±0.03）μm,（135.29±0.05）μm in thickness, respectively, the muscle of anus was strong. Digest glands consisted of liver, pancreas and gallbladder,pancreas was sparsate type. Gallbladder was composed of serosa, museularis and mucosa.
