摘　　要：科技的校院二级管理是高校科技规模不断扩大背景下提高科技管理质量的有效方式。在完善高校校院科技二级管理体系过程中,引入GB/T19001-2000国家标准质量管理体系要求,使科技二级管理更加规范化和标准化,从而提高科技二级管理的质量和效率。University-school two-level scientific research management is an effective way to improve quality of science and technology management in the background of sci-tech scale enlargement. In the process of perfecting university-school two-level scientific research management. The introduction of GB/T 19001-2000 quality management system makes two-level scientific research management more standard, and improves the quality and efficiency of management.
