休闲体育与海西城市化进程

摘　　要：为了探寻休闲体育与海西城市化发展的互动作用,采用文献资料法与综合分析法对两者进行了分析,结果表明:休闲体育是海西现代体育生活方式的重要组成部分,它引领现代海西人实现文明健康的生活,培养现代海西人适应环境变化的能力,提高人们的生命质量,在调节现代海西人有关生理、心理和社会方面的行为,满足人们生存、享受和发展需要等方面具有理论和实践层面上的重要意义。同时,海西城市化的发展也为休闲体育的内容和层次提出更高的要求,并为休闲体育的进一步发展提供良好的契机。In order to inquire into the mutual relationship between Leisure Sports and the Urbanization in the Economic Zone of the Western Part of Taiwan Strait. By way of documents and comprehensive analysis, this article makes a detailed exploration between the two, and concludes that leisure sports is an important part of the life style of modern sports in the economic zone on the west coast of Taiwan Strait, which leads people in modern times to live a civilized and healthy life. It also cultivates people＇s ability to adapt to enviromental change,improves their life quality,and plays an important role in adjusting people＇s physical, psychological, and social behavior, meeting people＇s needs for survival, enjoyment and development. While the development of urbanization the economic zone on the west coast of Taiwan Strait sets a higher demand for leisure sports in contents and lev- els, and provides a good opportunity for its development.
