摘　　要：针对目前唐山市城市居民的住房消费现状,采用多元统计中的因子分析、相应分析等方法,对2000-2007年间唐山市居民住房消费问题进行了实证分析,找出了影响居民住房的主要因素,以及市场需求最大的户型。Factors of residential housing were analyzed, according to actual survey. Factor analysis and corresponding analysis were used in this paper for Housing Consumption .The question of Tang Shan＇s residential housing were analyzed in years of 2000-2007. The main factors of affecting residential housing and demand unit type were obtained.
