摘　　要：活套编码器的安装防护、编码器稳定应用是制约精轧区域设备稳定性的难点和瓶颈问题。采用冗余优化，自行设计实施活套编码器可调式的安装结构，开发出活套编码器的冗余切换和故障报警功能。The installation and protection of a loop coder and stable application of a coder, a difficult point and a bottleneck, restricted the stability of equipment in finishing rolling zone. Be the adoption of redundancy optimization, self-designed adjustable installation structure of loop coder, redundancy switc- hing and fault warning functions of the loop coder were developed.
