激励框架下农村家庭对孩子人力资本投资动力分析

摘　　要：农村家庭对孩子人力资本的投资动力不仅影响孩子未来人力资本水平,而且关系未来农村社会人力资本状况。城乡和地区差距、农户对孩子人力资本投资能力弱、农村孩子未来人力资本回报不确定等因素影响农户对孩子人力资本投资成本与收益,降低农村家庭对孩子人力资本投资积极性。笔者认为,提高农户对孩子人力资本投资效价与期望值能有效激励农村家庭对孩子人力资本投资动力。The deficiency of motive power of human capital investment to children in rural China restricts not only the status of human capital of child but also the future status of human capital of rural society. The disparities of development between urban and rural areas and between certain districts, the limited ability of human capital in- vestment of peasant household, the uncertainty of the future returns from their investment to children will reduce their positive attitude to support their children with human capital investment. This study shows that the peasant household＇ s motive power to human capital investment can be improved effectively through enhancing the utility and expectation of their human capital investment to children.
