摘　　要：根据教学管理者的基本任务及其工作特点、面临的挑战及其素质与能力要求,对高职高专教学管理人员能力建设进行探讨。Based on the basic tasks, work characteristics, quality and ability requirements for the teaching administrators, along with the challenges they face, the article takes up discussions on competence development of the teaching administrators in vocational colleges.
