摘　　要：本文通过“通用试题库管理系统”的开发实践，论述了试题库管理系统在教学和考试中的重要作用，阐述了本系统的设计方案和开发途径。Through the exploitation practice of common Test Base Management System, the important role of Test Base Management System in teaching and testing, the system's design programme and the ways of exploitation are discussed in this paper.
