摘　　要：目的:了解我院护士一年中医疗锐器伤的发生情况,分析原因,探讨相应的防护措施。方法:采用自制式问卷调查表,对我院373名护士进行回顾性调查。结果:被调查的护士63.27%都发生过医疗锐器伤。锐器伤的发生与护士的资历、认知程度、操作环节有关。结论:提高护士的职业防护意识,规范操作行为,加强锐器伤的监控管理是减少护士医疗锐器伤的重要措施。Objective： To understand the hospital nurses of medical sharps injuries occur rate in one year,and explore the appropriate protective measures,thus maximizing the protection of the health care workers.Methods： A self-made questionnaire survey,373 nurses in our hospital were retrospectively investigated.Results：63.27% of nurses surveyed had medical sharps injuries occurred.The occurrence of sharp injuries and the qualifications of nurses,cognitive level,the operation part of the.Conclusion：The increased awareness of occupational protection of nurses,standardizing operations and strengthen the monitoring and management of sharp injuries could reduce measure of medical sharp injuries.
