不同磷化氢浓度下3个不同抗性的小眼书虱品系的完全死亡时间

摘　　要：在(25±1)℃,(75±5)%相对湿度条件下,分别控制100、200、300、400和500 mL/m3的磷化氢浓度,比较研究了抗性倍数分别约为1、5和12倍的小眼书虱3个品系的完全死亡时间.结果表明:在以上相应磷化氢浓度下抗性倍数为1的R1品系的完全死亡时间分别为22 d、19 d、13 d、7 d和7 d.抗性倍数为5的R5品系的完全死亡时间分别为31 d、28 d、22 d、19 d和13 d.对于抗性倍数为12的R12品系,在100 mL/m3的浓度下第31天时仍有存活,在200mL/m3、300 mL/m3、400 mL/m3和500 mL/m3的磷化氢浓度下的完全死亡时间则分别为31 d、28 d、19 d和16 d.The mortality time of three strains of Liposcelis paeta Pearman with the resistance ratios of 1,5 and 12 to phosphine with concentrations of 100 mL/m3,200 mL/m3,300 mL/m3,400 mL/m3 and 500 mL/m3 was studied.The results show that the Liposcelis paeta Pearman of the strain R1（Rf=1） can be killed completely in 22 d,19 d,13 d,7 d and 7 d when being fumigated by phosphine with the above concentrations;the mortality time of strain R5（Rf=5） is respectively 31 d,28 d,22 d,19 d and 13 d;and the Liposcelis paeta Pearman of strain R12（Rf=12） still survive in the 31th day when being fumigated by phosphine with the concentration of 100 mL/m3,and the mortality time of the strain R12（Rf=12） is respectively 31 d,28 d,19 d and 16 d in phosphine gas with the concentration of 200 mL/m3,300 mL/m3,400 mL/m3 and 500 mL/m3.
