摘　　要：目的:探讨唇痈患者的观察与护理方法。方法:对5例唇痈患者实施密切观察病情变化,重视心理护理,加强营养支持,感染控制,局部清创引流等护理。结果:5例唇痈患者经治疗与护理均痊愈出院。结论:对唇痈患者密切观察病情变化可及时发现异常而迅速处理。局部处理及感染控制是护理重点,局部清创、冲洗、湿敷能减轻毛细血管的通透性,有利于细胞生长及脓液引流,对保持口唇湿润,消除肿胀,刺激新生肉芽生长,减轻疼痛,增加患者舒适感,促进机体康复具有很好的效果。Objective：To explore the observation and nursing method of patients with lip carbuncle.Methods：To treat 5 patients with lip carbuncle with close observation,psychological nursing,enhancement of nutritional support,control of infection,debridement and drainage of topical application.Results：5 patients were discharged from hospital after recovery.Conclusion：Close observation of patients with lip carbuncle can detect anomalies in time and deal with them promptly.Topical treatment and infection control are the key points of nursing.Topical debridement,washing,and hydropathic compress can reduce the permeability of blood capillaries,which is helpful to cell growth,pus drainage,keeping lips moist and eliminating swelling,thus stimulating the growth of neoformative granulation,reducing pain,and making patient feel more comfortable.These are beneficial to the facilitation of body recovery.
