摘　　要：高职院校学生干部在学生管理工作中起着非常重要的作用,但目前还存在一些问题。加强学生干部队伍建设,必须精心挑选,把好选拔关;强化服务意识,注重培养;发挥老干部的作用,提高工作能力;发挥政工干部的表率作用,鼓励学生干部大胆创新;建立科学有效的激励和监督机制;全面关心学生干部的成长。The student leaders in higher vocational colleges play a very important role in student management, but there are still some problems. The article deals with the solutions： strenthening the team building and selecting the student leaders carefully; reinforcing service awareness and focusing on training ; playing the role of the experienced student leaders to improve their working abilities; bringing the political cadres into play and eneouranging them to innovate bravely; establishing effective reward and supervision mechanism; being concerned about the growth of the student leaders.
