摘　　要：分析我国煤炭行业的发展现状,指出发展中小型煤炭物流企业的重要性,针对煤炭物流企业自身存在的一些问题,思考如何参与市场竞争,积极向现代第三方物流和现代物流发展,以及如何把握机遇迅速转变为大型物流企业等问题,为中小煤炭物流企业的出路指明方向。Analysis of the current development of China＇s coal industry, this paper noted that the importance of the development of small and medium enterprises of coal logistics. In connection with their own lot ofproblems, it is thinking of how to participate in market competition, and change to modern third-party logistics and the development of modern logistics, and how to seize the opportunity for rapidly change. Thispaper pointed out the direction for the development of small and medium enterprises of coal logistics.
