摘　　要：介绍了铸石生产线现状及存在的问题,并提出应用脱模机械手解决脱模问题的方案和脱模机械手的设计理论与方法。全面详尽地讨论了脱模机械手的手指、手腕、手臂以及机身等主要部件的结构设计,并提出夹持方形物料的解决方案。The status and the existing problems for the cast stone production line was introduced.Stripping mechanical hand was applied to solve the stripping problem,the design theory and methods on the stripping mechanical hand was also proposed.The structural design of major components,such as fingers,wrists,arms and main part of the machine,were discussed in detail.Solutions were proposed for holding square material.
