摘　　要：目的探讨肠结核合并肠梗阻的临床特点及手术方案。方法回顾性分析72例肠结核患者的临床资料。结果肠结核临床表现以腹痛多见,并发肠梗阻比例高,钡灌肠及结肠镜活检可协助诊断,根据病情采用手术治疗效果满意。结论肠结核的临床表现缺乏特异性,确诊较困难,手术是治疗肠结核并发症的重要手段,但需要根据开腹所见决定具体的手术方式,行"个体化治疗"。Objective To study clinical characteristics and surgical programs of intestinal tuberculosis combined with obstruction.Methods Data for 72 patients with intestinal tuberculosis were analyzed retrospectively.Results The clinical manifestations of intestinal tuberculosis had abdominal pain more commonly,with a high proportion of complicated bowel obstruction,and barium enema.Colonoscopy biopsy can help to diagnose the condition of patients,and the surgery results were satisfactory.Conclusion The clinical manifestations of intestinal tuberculosis has no specificity,therefore it is difficult to diagnose,surgical treatment of intestinal tuberculosis is an important means to treat complications,but ＂individualized treatment ＂ should be performed based on the specific surgical laparotomy.
