摘　　要：面对激烈的市场竞争,中小型第三方物流企业迫切需要建立适合自身特点的绩效评价体系。提出了中小型第三方物流企业建立绩效评价体系的四项原则,列出了一套适用于中小型第三方物流企业的评价指标,并阐述了一种简捷、实用的评价方法。Faced by fierce market competition, small-and-medium sized TPL enterprises are in desperate need for a performance eval- uation system that fits closely to their own characteristics, for which, the paper proposes the four principles that shall guide the establishment of such system as well as a set of suitable evaluation indices. It finally elaborates on an easy-to-operate evaluation method.
