摘　　要：得到了一般情形下完全图存在循环齐次分解的充要条件,结论推广了著名组合专家Praeger和Li在G/M为循环群的条件下得到的完全图存在(M,G)循环齐次分解的充要条件.A necessary and sufficient condition for complete graphs having circulant homogenous factorisations has been obtained,which generalizes a necessary and sufficient condition,given by praeger and Li,for complete graphs having（M,G）circulant homogenous factorisation under the condition that G/M is a cyclic group.
