摘　　要：目的建立大鼠腹部心脏移植模型的标准流程。方法通过建立大量大鼠腹部异位心脏移植模型,归纳总结整个过程中的操作技巧。结果术前的精心准备,术中精心操作、术后加强护理,将明显提高实验的成功率。通过不断总结优化操作流程和手术技巧,模型建立成功率及术后存活率均可达到90%。结论标准化的手术操作过程可促进成功有效的大鼠心脏移植模型的建立,并确保模型的质量及受体的存活率。Objective To establish standard procedure of heterotopic heart transplant model in rats.Methods Through intensive practice of large number of heterotopic heart transplant model in rats,standard procedure and skill details of operation were summarized.Results Sufficient preoperative preparation,careful operating and intensive postoperative care significantly improved the successful rate of the model.By condensed routine daily practice of surgery and summarization of skill details,90% of successful and survival rate could be reached.Conclusion Standardization of surgical procedure helped to establish successful and efficient heart transplant model in rats and ensure the quality of the model and survival rate in recipients.
