摘 要:以强碱性阴离子交换树脂作为催化剂,催化菜籽油与甲醇酯交换反应制备脂肪酸甲酯(FAME)。结果表明,产品收率随着醇油比增大而提高,当醇油比(V/V)达到7.21后,收率增加逐渐变慢;在树脂最高使用温度以下,反应温度越高,产品收率越高;产品收率随催化时间增长而提高,但提高速度逐渐趋缓;催化剂活性稳定,利用再生树脂连续催化28.7h,未见活性下降。常压下,醇油比4.54,60℃下反应54.7min,FAME产品收率达96.80%。Fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) was prepared by the transesterification of rapeseed oil with methanol under the catalysis of the strong base anion exchange resin in self-made fixed bed reactor. Experimental results show that the product yield increases with the increasing of the volume ratio of methanol to oil. When the volume ratio of methanol to oil reaches 7.21, the speed of improvement slow down gradually; If reaction temperature is held under the maximum temperature of resin, the higher the temperature, the greater the yield of FAME; The yields increase when catalytic transesterification time is prolonged, but the increasing rate is slow down; Under continuous catalytic transesterification for 28.7h using regenerating resin, the catalytic activity did not decline. Therefore the activity of catalyst is stable. Under normal atmosphere, reacting for 54.7min at 75℃ , the yield of FAME is about 96.80%.
