馆藏纸质文献质量评价分析——以淮南师范学院为例

摘　　要：文章以淮南师范学院为例,通过对馆藏图书的结构及其流通情况的统计分析,结合读者调查,从读者需求和学科建设的角度,对馆藏图书的数量、结构、种类、复本数和利用情况进行了系统的评价。根据新书的入藏比例与利用比例之间的线性相关关系、学科建设的特点和馆藏图书借阅情况,提出了馆藏结构和复本建设的调整策略。By taking the library of Huainan Normal University as an example, through the statistical analysis of the structure in storage and the quantity of paper-based documents in circulation, this article makes an evaluation of the library collection from total numbers, structure, categories, identical copies and the utilization of books. Based on linear curve of the ration between the new books purchased and the utilization of books, the characteristics of the construction of new disciplines, and the concrete situation of books borrowed and read by the readers, etc., the author of this article also proposes some statistic modification to the structure of the documents in storage and the construction of back-up copies in the library.
