摘　　要：对新时期临床医师如何具备持久的学习力进行了探讨,从多个方面论述了临床医师面对信息爆炸时代的学习能力培养、保持和创新问题,特别是信息素养的重要性和知识管理的必要性。This article discussed the issue of how to keep the clinical doctors＇ persistent learning ability in the new period of time, and expounded the importance of the cultivation in study efficiency and the innovation ability, from several aspects, for clinical doctors in this information explosion time. It emphasized particularly the necessity of information literacy and knowledge management.
