摘　　要：教学团队建设途径是弱势高校赖以解决思想政治理论教学主要问题的重要方法和手段。团队建设能搭建教师发展的有效平台,有助于教师探索和构建新的教学模式,是教学不断创新的重要保障。It is the important method and means for solving the main issues of the ideological and political theory teaching to build a teaching-team of the weak colleges.Team-building is an effective platform to teacher＇s development.It is helpful for the teacher to explore and build a new teaching model.And it is an important guarantee for the teacher to innovate teacher＇s teaching.
