Bcl-2蛋白质在膀胱癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱癌组织中Bcl-2蛋白质表达及其临床意义。方法用免疫组化法,检测石蜡包埋膀胱癌组织(78例)和癌旁组织(20例)中Bcl-2蛋白质的表达,分析其表达水平与膀胱癌临床分期、病理分级及转移的关系。结果(1)Bcl-2蛋白质在膀胱癌组织中表达的阳性率为46.1%(36/78例),癌旁组织5%(1/20),膀胱癌阳性表达率高于癌旁组织(P<0.01);(2)Bcl-2蛋白质的高表达与膀胱癌的临床分期、病理分级和转移相关(P<0.05)。结论检测Bcl-2蛋白质在膀胱癌中的高表达状况,可为膀胱癌的诊断及预后判断提供实验依据。Objective To investigate expression and clinical significance of Bel - 2 protein in bladder cancer. Methods Bcl -2 protein was detected in 78 bladder cancer cases and 20 paracancerous eases with immunohistochemieal method. The correlations were analysed between Bcl -2 protein expression and clinical stages, pathologic grades and metastasis of bladder cancer. Results （ 1 ） The positive rate of Bcl - 2 protein was 46. 1% （ 36/78 ） in bladder cancer tissues and 5% （ 1/20 ） in paracaneerous tissues. Compared with paracancerous tissues, the positive rate of bladder cancer was higher（ P 〈 0.01 ）. （ 2 ） The over expression of Bel - 2 protein was related with clinical stages, pathologic grades and metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Over - expression of Bcl - 2 protein may offer reliable evidence for diagnosis and prognosis in bladder cancer.
