摘  要:目的探讨健康教育对脑性瘫痪(CP)患儿社会适应能力的影响。方法100例CP患儿随机分为观察组、对照组各50例,两组患儿均发放问卷调查表,根据问卷调查结果,对观察组患儿家属长期、有针对性地进行健康教育,对照组只进行随机性指导。1年后应用《婴儿社会适应能力量表》对两组患儿社会适应能力进行评估。结果观察组患儿社会适应能力中的6个项目得分均高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论健康教育可促进CP患儿的生长发育,对提高他们的社会适应能力有良好的促进作用。Objective To study the effects of health education on social adjustment for the children with cerebral palsy (CP). Methods 100 children suffered with CP were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each had 50 subjects. Both of the two groups were given questionnaire survey. Patients of the treatment group were given a long - term, targeted and individualized health education according to the results of the questionnaire survey. The control group was given conventional guidance. All patients were evaluated by using the Infant Social Adaptive Capacity Scale after one- year treatment. Results The scores of six items of social adaptability in treatment group were higher, compared to those of control group, there was statistical significant difference ( P 〈 0. 001). Conclusion Health education is beneficial for effective for improvement of their social adamabilitv the growth and development of the children with CP. It is effective for improvement of their social adaptability.
