CR钼靶、多层螺旋CT联合细针穿刺对早期小乳腺癌诊断的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨CR钼靶、多层螺旋CT和细针穿刺对早期小乳腺癌的诊断及保乳手术的应用价值。方法对26例经手术病理证实为早期小乳腺癌患者的CR钼靶、多层螺旋CT及细针穿刺细胞学检查进行回顾性分析。结果在26例小乳腺癌患者中,CR钼靶摄片诊断乳腺癌20例,敏感性为76.9%;多层螺旋CT诊断乳腺癌16例,敏感性为61.5%;定位穿刺诊断恶性病变22例,准确率为84.6%。CR钼靶、多层螺旋CT和定位穿刺联合检查对早期乳腺癌早期诊断率为92.3%。结论CR钼靶、多层螺旋CT和定位穿刺联合应用,可提高早期小乳腺癌的诊断率,对保乳手术的开展有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the value of CR mammography,multi-slice spiral CT combination with fine needle aspiration（FNA）in the diagnosis and breast-conserving surgery of early small breast cancer.Methods The data of CR Mammography,multi-slice spiral CT and FNA in 26 patients with early small breast cancer verified by surgical pathology were retrospective analyzed.Results Among 26 cases,20 were diagnosed by CR mammography and the sensitivity was 76.9%,16 were diagnosed by muti-slice spiral CT and the sensitivity was 61.5%,22 were diagnosed by FNA and the accuracy was 84.6%.The sensitivity of CR mammography and multi-slice Spiral CT combination with FNA was 92.3%.Conclusion CR mammography and multi-slice spiral CT combination with FNA could improve the diagnosis rate of early small breast cancer,which are helpful in breast-conserving surgery.
