摘 要:采集不同来源和不同批次的饲料原料,对其主要营养成分含量进行化验分析,以比较不同来源和不同批次饲料原料营养成分的差异。结果表明,3个不同来源的豆粕间CP和总AA含量差异均不显著(P〉0.05),在17种AA中,除蛋氨酸、亮氨酸和甘氨酸差异显著外(P〈0.05),其它AA含量差异不显著(P〉0.05)。对不同来源棉粕而言,棉粕1的CP和总AA含量极显著高于棉粕2和棉粕3(P〈0.01),棉粕2和棉粕3的CP和总AA含量差异显著(P〈0.05);在17种AA中,除蛋氨酸、亮氨酸、和缬氨酸差异显著外(P〈0.05),其它AA含量差异不显著(P〉0.05)。不同来源石粉中的钙含量,最低为32.98%,最高达36.06%,相互间存在极显著差异(p〈0.01)。同一来源不同批次石粉的钙含量,变化范围在34%-36%之间。不同批次之间玉米DDGS的真蛋白含量在24.53%-31.81%之间波动,粗蛋白在27.26%-29.89%之间波动;不同批次间玉米水分含量也存在一定的差异,其波动范围在10.1%-16.3%之间。This study collected from different sources and different batches of feedstuff materials,and analyzed their main nutrient content in order to compare their difference in nutrient content.Results show that the CP and AA content between three different sources of soybean meal were not significant difference(P〉0.05).For 17 kinds of AA,methionine,leucine and glycine were significant difference(P〉0.05),and other content of AA were no significant difference(P〈0.05).CP and AA content between three different sources of cotton meal were very significant difference(P〈0.01) or significant difference(P〉0.05).For 17 kinds of AA,methionine,leucine,and valine were significant difference(P〈0.05),and other content of AA were no significant difference(P〈0.05).The calcium content between three different source stone changed from 32.98% to 36.06%,and were very significant difference(P〈0.01).The same source of calcium content in different batches of stone,changed from 34% to 36%.The crude protein and true protein content of different batches of corn DDGS was 27.26%-29.89% and 24.53%-31.81%,respectively.Between different batches of corn moisture content is different,its fluctuation was 10.1%-16.3%.Results showed that feed source and batch influenced feed ingredients nutrient content.
