摘  要:从高校工会的视角,探讨社会转型期人文关怀的现实意义及人文关怀对高校师德建设的作用,以人文关怀为主线,以主题建家活动为载体,着力建好主人之家、发展之家、健康之家和爱心之家,使教师们在这"四个家"中增强"八感":认同感、归属感、责任感、成就感、愉悦感、幸福感、安全感、温暖感,从而促进以爱岗敬业,教书育人,为人师表为核心内容的师德建设。From the view of university trade union, this paper tries to explore the realistic significance of humanistic care during the period of social transition and its importance to university teachers' professional ethics construction. Concentrating on humanistic care and making theme construction activities the carrier, it suggests that exertion should be made to establish Ownership Home, Development Home , Healthy Home and Caring Home, and strengthen teachers "Eight Senses" : sense of identity, sense of belonging, sense of responsibility, sense of achievement, sense of joy, sense of happiness, sense of security and sense of warmth. Thus it is possible to promote the teachers' professional ethnic construction the core of which is to cherish posts and devote ourselves wholeheartedly to work, impart knowledge and educate people, and be a model of virtue for others.
