摘　　要：目的探讨LASIK术后外伤致角膜瓣移位、皱褶的治疗方法。方法收集LASIK术后外伤致角膜瓣移位的患者39例(39眼)在手术显微镜下祛除角膜基质裸露区新生的角膜上皮组织,刮除角膜瓣皱褶处上皮,使角膜瓣展平,覆盖透氧角膜接触镜,观察所有患者视力恢复情况。结果39例患者(39眼)角膜瓣复位良好,视力均恢复术前裸眼视力。结论及时正确地治疗角膜瓣移位,可以避免严重的角膜并发症。Objective To investigate the effect of LASIK on traumatic corneal flap displacement. Methods 39 cases（39 eyes） with corneal flap displacement were enrolled. Under microscope, the new corneal epithelium and corneal stroma were removed. At last, the gas permeable contact lenses covered on the cornea. Their visual acuity was observed. Results 39 cases（39 eyes） of corneal flap in patients were cured, and their visual acuity recovered as preoperative uncorrected visual acuity. Conclusion It is effective to treat corneal flap displace with LASIK.
