老年患者无痛结肠镜检查肠道准备效果的影响因素及干预措施

摘　　要：目的探讨无痛性结肠镜检查前肠道准备及心理护理的方法,以提高检查的准确率。方法回顾分析40例老年住院患者进行肠道准备及心理护理的效果及影响因素。结果40例患者进行无痛性结肠镜检查,有28例肠镜清晰度达优,10例清晰度达良,2例肠道准备差改为清法灌肠完成检查。结论为老年患者进行无痛性结肠镜检查术前只要做好充分的肠道准备和心理护理,就可以大大提高检查的成功率,并明显地减轻痛苦,减少并发症发生。Objective To probe methods of bowel preparation and mental nursing prior to painless colonoscope surgery so as to improve inspection accuracy. Methods The effects and influential factors of bowel preparation and mental nursing of 40 senior inpatients. Results 40 patients had painless colonoscope inspection were analyzed, 28 cases had excellent resolution, 10 cases had fine resolution and 2 cases shawod insufficient preparation and were changed with cleansing enema. Conclusion Sufficient bowel preparation and mental nursing prior to painless colonoscope inspection of senior patients can greatly increase the inspection success rate and reduce pain and complications.
