摘　　要：生命科技刑事责任在生命科技发展过程中具有自身特殊的功能,其对生命科学技术的健康发展起着重要的保障作用。当前,我国刑法尚未明确规定现代生命科技犯罪,现有的刑罚体系也远不适应打击生命科技犯罪的需要。为此,需要立法者采取相应的对策予以补救。The biotechnology crime liability, which works as safeguard of bioteehnology, has its special function during the development of biotechnology. China＇s criminal law hasn＇t stipulated modern biotechnology crimes so far and its penalty system couldn＇t meet the need of bioteehnology crimes precaution. Countermeasures should be taken by China＇s legislators.
