摘　　要：针对大学生的从众行为,运用层次分析法,构建出影响大学生从众行为因素的指标体系,对影响因素进行了分析研究,构造了相关判断矩阵,同时进行了层次排序及一致性检验,得出了综合评价结果,找出主要的影响因素为情感需要、群体压力和独立性,并对从众行为的管理提出有效的建议。According to the herd behavior of college students, it uses Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP） to build a herd behavioral factors model affecting college students indicator system, analyzes the influencing fac- tors, establishes relevant determining matrix, sorts the level with consistency test and reaches a comprehensive evaluation result. The major identified influencing factors are emotional needs, group pressure and indepen- dence. It describes certain recommendations to management of herd behavior.
