摘  要:目的了解实习阶段护生的伦理道德行为表现,探讨其相关因素,为有效培养护生伦理道德素质提供参考。方法利用自行设计的问卷对山东省2所医学院校即将毕业的347名护生进行调查。结果护生伦理道德行为总分为(151.19±14.51)分,护士伦理道德行为显著低于带教教师教授行为(P<0.01),护生伦理道德行为与带教教师教授行为及护士群体道德行为呈正相关(均P<0.01)。结论护士群体的示范作用、带教教师的教授、行为示范与言语示范的差异、示范行为和行为标准的不完全一致等是影响护生伦理道德行为的相关因素。应加强临床带教队伍建设,进一步强化护士群体的伦理道德素质培养,指导护生正确应对临床和社会环境的负面影响。Objective To investigate nurse students' ethical behaviors and to explore its correlated factors in clinical practice. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was applied to survey 347 nurse students from two nursing colleges in Shandong province during internship in terms of their ethical behaviors. Results The total score of nurse students' ethical behaviors was(151.19 ± 14.51), the score of nurses' ethical behaviors was significantly lower than that of clinical teacher's guidance(P〈0.01) ; nurse students' ethical behaviors were positively correlated with clinical teacher's guidance and clinical nurses' demonstration (P〈0. 01 for both). Conclusion The factors influencing nurse students' ethical behaviors were clinical teacher's guidance, clinical nurses' demonstration, the difference between behavior demonstration and lingual guidance, the difference between behavior demonstration and behavior standards. Nurse students' ethical behaviors should be cultivated by improvement of cultivation process and clinical environment.
