摘 要:目的 研究反复呼吸道感染患儿(复感儿)的细胞免疫状态及观察香菇多糖的防治效果.方法分别采用免疫荧光法、郭峰法和MTT比色法检测105例复感儿T细胞亚群、白介-2受体、红细胞免疫及白介-2活性,并用香菇多糖口服三个月,随访半年.结果 复感儿各项免疫功能指标均明显低于对照组,香菇多糖治疗后均恢复正常或明显改善,总有效率96.6%.结论 复感儿存在T细胞和/或红细胞免疫缺陷,香菇多糖可改善或纠正之,防治效果较好.ve To investigate the cellular immune status of child patients with recurrentrespiratory tract infection(RRTI) . Methods 105 cases were detected T-subgroup, IL-2 receptor, IL-2 activity , red blood cell C3b receptor rosette (RBCC3bRR) and immune complex rosette(RBCI-cR). The patients were randomly divided into two groups: 1)60 cases were treated by dry syrups of lentinan; 3)45 cases by levomizole for three months. Both were followed up for six months. Results CD3+ , CD4+ , CD8+ lymphocyte, CD4+ /CD8+ , IL-2 and RBCC3bRR decreased significantly in patients with RRTI while RBCIcR increased. After treatment of lentinan, their cellular immunity improced dramatically. Clinic efficacy of lentinan reached 96.6 % , much higher than that of levomizole(77.6% , P< 0. 01). Conclusion RRTI children had cellular immune deficiency, and admministration of lentinan can enhance their cellular immunity and reduce considerably the incidence.
