摘  要:[目的]了解食管癌高发区湖北省十堰地区居民的食管癌危险因素。[方法]从当地医院采用1︰2匹配的病例对照研究方法,面对面对133例食管癌病例及266例正常对照者进行问卷调查,采用条件Logistic回归分析法对所获得的调查资料进行统计学分析。[结果]家族史、文盲、职业为农民、饮用沟渠水、吸烟、饮酒、烫食、快食、腌菜和烟熏食品为食管癌的危险因素,饮奶、豆类食品、水果和瘦肉和葱蒜是食管癌的保护因素。[结论]应将有食管癌家族史、文盲、农民、不能吃到自来水和井水者做为预防的重点人群,在这些人群中加强宣传教育,改变不良的行为生活方式。[Objective] To study the main related factors associated with esophageal neoplasms in residents of Shiyan district, where the incidence of esophageal neoplasms was higher. [Methods] A hospital-based 1:2 case-control study was conducted in Shiyan district. 133 cases of esophageal neoplasms and 266 matched controls were investigated through face to face. The data were analyzed by conditional Logistic model analysis. [Results] This study showed that family history of cancer, illiterate, peasants, drinking water from ditch, smoking, drinking wine, hot foods, fast eating, sauerkraut and smoking foods were risk factors, while milk, bean, fruits, lean meat, onion and garlic were protective factors. [Conclusion] The population with family history, illiterate, drinking ditch water and peasants should be treated as key population for preventing esophageal neoplasms and propaganda education should be reinforced about unhealthy behavior life mode in these populations.
