摘  要:[目的]比较不同钙剂对大鼠生长发育影响的差异,并研究不同种钙剂对大鼠钙吸收的影响。[方法]以断乳SD雌性大鼠为模型,随机分为9组,分别为纳米螯合钙组、苹果酸枸橼酸钙组、L-天门冬氨酸钙组、牦牛骨钙组、牛骨钙组、珊瑚钙组、鱼骨钙组、碳酸钙组以及低钙对照组,各组饲以用不同种钙剂配制的饲料以及低钙饲料,进行4周饲养实验及3d代谢实验。[结果]牦牛骨钙组、牛骨钙组体重低于低钙对照组(P﹤0.05),牦牛骨钙组体重低于碳酸钙组(P﹤0.05),牛骨钙组身长低于碳酸钙组与低钙对照组(P﹤0.05),牛骨钙组食物总利用率为37.39%,低于低钙对照组(P﹤0.05)。纳米螯合钙组、牦牛骨钙组、珊瑚钙组、鱼骨钙组和碳酸钙组表观吸收率分别是91.04%、91.96%、92.55%、93.24%,显著高于低钙对照组(P﹤0.05),牦牛骨钙组、珊瑚钙组、鱼骨钙组和碳酸钙组的钙储留率分别为89.26%、89.78%、90.97%、91.66%,明显高于低钙对照组(P﹤0.05)。[结论]与其他实验组相比,牦牛骨钙和牛骨钙促进大鼠生长发育的效果较差。8种钙剂在饲料钙水平相同时,吸收率并没有显著的差异。[Objective] To compare the effects of different calcium agents on growth and development in rats, and to study the effect of different form calcium agents on the absorption and utilization of calcium in rats. [Methods] Weaning female SD rats were randomly divided into 9 groups of calcium nano chelat, Calcium Citrate Malate, calcium L-aspartic acid, Yak bone calcium, cattle bone calcium, coral calcium, fish bone calcium、 calcium carbonate and low calcium meal, and fed on different calcium agents and low calcium meal in semi-purified diets, respectively, for 4 weeks. Meanwhile 3-day calcium metabolism experiment was carried out in the fourth week. [Results] The body weight in groups of Yak bone calcium and cattle bone calcium were lower than that of basic low calcium meal group (P﹤0.05). The body weight in group of Yak bone was lower than that of calcium carbonate group (P﹤0.05). The body length in group of cattle bone carbonate was lower than that in groups of calcium carbonate and basic low calcium meal (P﹤0.05). The food consumption efficiency in group of cattle bone carbonate was 37.39%, which was lower than that in group of low calcium meal (P﹤0.05). The apparent absorptivity of calcium in groups of calcium nano chelat, Yak bone calcium, coral calcium, fish bone calcium and calcium carbonate was 91.04%, 91.96%, 92.55%, 93.24%, respectively, which were higher than that in low calcium meal group (P﹤0.05). The retention rate of calcium in groups of Yak bone coral, fish bone calcium and calcium carbonate was 89.26%, 89.78%, 90.97%, 91.66%, respectively, which were higher than that in low calcium meal group (P﹤0.05). [Conclusion] Yak bone calcium and cattle bone calcium are worse than the other test groups in aspects of effect on promoting growth and development of the rats. With the same content of calcium from eight kinds of calcium agents, the absorptivity is not significantly different.
