摘  要:[目的]研究勒颈窒息死亡的血液生化学变化,探讨血气分析和K+、Cl-的检验对鉴定勒死的法医学意义。[方法]将家兔用勒颈的方法处死,进行血气分析和K+、Cl-的测定。[结果]勒死家兔血中pH值下降(P﹤0.005),Pco2增高(P﹤0.01),Po2降低(P﹤0.05),O2SAT下降(P﹤0.001),Hco3-增加(P﹤0.005),Tco2增加(P﹤0.05),BE变化不明显。静脉血中K+浓度明显增高(P﹤0.01),Cl-浓度变化不明显(P﹥0.05)。[结论]勒死家兔血气分析和K+浓度发生明显变化,检验血气分析和K+、Cl-浓度对鉴定勒死具有法医学意义。[Objective] To study the biochemical changes in blood and to explore the significance of blood gas analysis and test for K^+ and Cl^- for identification of strangulation in forensic medicine. [Methods] The rabbits were put to death by strangulation, blood gas analysis and the test of K^+ and Cl^- in venous blood were measured. [Results] The results showed that the pH dropped (P﹤0.005). The PCO2 was increased (P﹤0.01). The Po2 decreased (P﹤0.01). The O2SAT also reduced (P ﹤0.01). The Hco3^- increased (P﹤0.05), and so was the Tco2 (P﹤0.05), the concentration of K+ rose remarkably (P﹤ 0.01). The change of Cl^- was not evident (P﹥0.05). [Conclusion] The changes on biochemistry in blood of rabbits are obvious. There is a significance in blood gas analysis and test for K+ and Cl^- for identification of strangulation in forensic medicine.
