急性脑卒中偏瘫患者康复评定量表与预后的相关性分析

摘　　要：[目的]评定MESSS量表、MFMA量表评分与急性脑卒中偏瘫患者预后MBI量表评分的相关性。[方法]227例急性脑卒中偏瘫患者分别在康复治疗前和康复后1～3月末同时接受MESSS、MFMA和MBI量表的评定。并且康复前和康复后1～3月末的MESSS、MFMA评分与3月末的MBI评分分别进行相关性分析。[结果]康复前和康复后1～3月末的MESSS、MFMA评分与3月末的MBI评分均有明显的相关性(P﹤0.01)。[结论]同时使用MESSS、MFMA和MBI量表能够全面、有效地评定急性脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复疗效,宜三者联合评定。[Objective] To evaluate correlation between modified Edinberg-Scandinavian stroke scale （MESSS）、 modified Fugl-Meyer assessment （MFMA） and prognosis of acute stroke patients with hemiplegia. [Methods] 227 patients with acute hemiplegia were respectively evaluated with MESSS、 MFMA and MBI at pre-rehabilition and at the end of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd month after rehabilitation. Moreover, There was correlative analysis between MESSS, MFMA scores at pre-rehabilition and at the end of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd month after rehabilitation and MBI scores at the end of the 3rd month. [Results] There was respectively obvious correlation between MESSS, MFMA scores at pre-rehabilitation and at the end of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd month after rehabilitation and MBI scores at the end of the 3rd month. [Conclusion] Rehabilitative effects of acute stroke patients with hemiplegia should be effectively evaluated together with MESSS, MFMA and MBI.
