利用套管双镜联合行胆总管切开取石术的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨利用套管腹腔镜下胆总管切开,纤维胆道镜取石的方法及手术技巧。[方法]回顾42例患者利用套管在腹腔镜下行胆总管切开,纤维胆道镜取石,T管引流术。[结果]42例患者除1例因取石困难中转开腹术外,余均在腹腔镜下完成手术,平均手术时间90min,术后次日进流质饮食、下床活动,4～5d出院,有3例出现胆瘘。[结论]利用套管行腹腔镜下胆总管切开,纤维胆道镜取石,方法可靠、简便,效果显著。[Objective] To investigate the use of mirror choledoch exploratory operation combined with cannula. [Methods] 42 cases of patients treated with mirror choledoch exploratory operation combined with cannula were investigated. [Results] 1 of 12 cases failed due to difficulties in operation, and the remaining complete the operation, with the average operation as 120min. In the next day, all patients had the liquid diet and were able to get out of bed. After 4-5 days, all patients were discharged and 3 cases had biliary fistula. [Conclusion] The use of mirror choledoch exploratory Operation combined with cannula is effective.
