摘　　要：针对新环境下教学评价问题,结合最新的互联网技术,采用web3.0技术理念对参评者进行全方位多角度的网上评教,凭借个人博客(采用WordPress系统搭建)这种良好的人机交互界面,学生对被评教师的教学、科研、学术等方面进行综合性评价,督促教师提升自己,完善教学质量监控体系,提高教学质量。研究结果对完善教学质量监控体系提供有力支撑。In view of the problem in the teaching evaluation in network under new environment with latest Internet technology,teaching evaluation will be renovated and upgraded on the basis of the existing hardware.In order to adapt to the increasing data for students＇ evaluation access to the server,we carry on the omni-directional angles for teaching evaluation in blog using web3.0 technology.Personal blog is a platform for examining the teacher＇s teaching,scientific and academic research by the WordPress system.It will make the teacher make more progress and improve the quality of teaching.The result has a good support for perfecting teaching quality monitoring system.
