摘 要:[目的]检测小尾寒羊多胎基因,探索按照基因型选种,为建立小尾寒羊高繁品系开辟新途径。[方法]以BMPR-IB基因作为候选基因,采用PCR-RFLP方法检测其在基础群小尾寒羊和育种群小尾寒羊中的多态性分布,分析其与产羔数的相关性。[结果]在基础群中B+和BB基因型比例分别为77.78%和14.81%,每胎次平均产羔数分别为1.77只和2.40只;在育种群中B+和BB基因型比例分别为51.79%和40.18%,每胎次平均产羔数分别为2.54只和3.02只。从基础群与育种群对比看,无论纯合个体还是杂合个体,育种群平均产羔数均高于基础群。[结论]BMPR-IB基因可以作为小尾寒羊多胎性的分子遗传标记,并用于建立小尾寒羊的高繁品系。[Objective] The research aimed to explore the sheep breeds selection according to genotypes and find a novel avenue for high fecundity breeds development of small tail han sheep. [Method] With BMPR-IB gene as candidate gene,its polymorphism distributions in base population and breeding population of small tail han sheep were detected by using the method of PCR-RFLP. And its relativity with litter size was analyzed. [Result] In base population,the percentage of individuals with B+ and BB genotypes were respectively 77.78% and 14.81%,and their average litter size per parity were respectively 1.77 and 2.40. While in breeding population,the percentage of individuals with B+ and BB genotypes were respectively 51.79% and 40.18%,and their average litter size per parity were respectively 2.54 and 3.02. Can be seen from the comparison of base and breeding population,either pure individuals or heterozygous individuals,the average litter size of breeding population was higher than that of base population.[Conclusion]BMPR-IB gene can be used as a molecular genetic marker in fecundity traits and used for the high fecundity breeds development of small tail han sheep.
