摘  要:目的动态观察短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者TCD、脑电地形图(BEAM)的变化情况,探讨TCD和BEAM对TIA的临床价值。方法采用彩色经颅多普勒超声检查仪(TCD)和脑电地图仪,对40例短暂性脑缺血患者,在入院后24h、1M、90d行TCD、BEAM检查,并选40名正常对照组行TCD检查,所得数据与实验组结果作对比分析,采用t检验。结果①24h、1M、90d内本组患者中,TCD异常率分别为80%、52.5%、37.5%;BEAM的异常率分别为75%、55%、50%。同一时间TCD与BEAM的异常率无明显差异,在病后1M、90d,BEAM的异常检出率较TCD稍高;②不同时间MCA、ACA、VA收缩期血流速度均高于正常对照组(P<0.05),PI值均高于正常对照组(P<0.05);同名血管在不同时间血流速度有显著差异(P<0.05)、PI值无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论将TCD和BEAM两者相结合,分别从血流动力学和电生理学两个方面反映大脑的供血及脑细胞的功能情况,能为TIA提供可靠的辅助检查。Objective Observe the change of Transcranial Doppler(TCD)and Brain Electrical Activity Mapping(BEAM)in patients with transient ischemic attack(TIA)To study the clinical value of BEAM and TCD onTIA. Methods Using colorful transcranial doppler ultrasound and Brain Electrical Activity Mapping (BEAM)In 40 patients with transient ischemic patients in the hospital,after the 24 h 1M 90 d and inspection 40 and TCD examination did normal control group,and the experimental results data analysis,using t-test. Results 1 24 h 1M 90 d the TCD abnormalities in patients with group,respectively was 80% 、52. 5% 、37. 5% ;The abnormal rate of BEAM respectively was75% ,55% ,50% . the same time with the abnormal rate ofTCD and BEAM was no obvious difference,after 1M 90 d BEAM was slightly higher than TCD abnormal rate 2 Different time MCA and ACA,VA systolic blood flow velocity are higher than normal control group( P 0. 05) PI are higher than normal,control group(P 0. 05). The blood flow velocity in different time significant difference(P 0. 05),PI value had no significant difference(P 0. 05). Conclusion TCD and BEAM will be a combina-tion of hemodynamic and electricity respectively from two aspects of the physiology function of blood and brain cells,can provide reliable TIA auxiliary examinations.
