胃镜活检组织kiss-1基因与胃癌的关系

摘　　要：目的研究kiss-1基因在胃癌中的临床意义。方法30例患者依照PCR技术检测出的kiss-1表达中位数分为高表达和低表达2组,每组15例,对比临床病理学特征。结果kiss-1基因低表达者均伴有高肿瘤分期、肿瘤周围静脉侵袭和远处淋巴结转移(P<0.05)。结论kiss-1基因高表达提示肿瘤分期较低且预后较好;低表达提示肿瘤分期较高且预后较差。Objective To investigate the clinical value of kiss-1 metastasis suppressor genes in gastric cancer. Methods For comparison with clinicopathologic characteristics,30 patients were divided into 2 groups having high and low kiss-1 expression by using the median as the cutoff value of kiss-1 expression by PCR. Results The levels of kiss-1 expression in patients with TNM stageing Ⅰ-Ⅱ,and without venous invasion and without distant organ metastasis were significantly higher than those in patients with TNM stageing Ⅲ-Ⅳ,and with venous invasion and with distant organ metastasis. （P 0. 05）. Conclusion Higher levels of kiss-1 expression point out lower TNM stageing and better prognosis ;on the other hand,lower levels of kiss-1 expression point out higher TNM stageing and worse prognosis.
