摘　　要：计算机辅助测验是计算机辅助教学的内容之一。鉴于当前高校许多专业课由于学科特点及研究力量薄弱的现状 ,全面推行计算机辅助教学困难较大的现状 ,我们选择了教学中的考试环节作为突破口 ,引进计算机优势 ,作为提高教学效果检测的一种手段。本文以“不动产估价”为例 ,介绍计算机辅助测验系统的研制过程 ,主要包括系统的设计、开发和系统功能介绍。Computer Assistant Testing (CAI)is a component of CAI.Considering characteristics of different courses and present situations of developing capability on CAI,it is difficult to realize CAI in all of colleges and universities.Therefore,we developed a CAT system of real estate appraisal course for improving teaching effects.As a first application in real estate appraisal,this paper introduced the developing procedures such as system definition,system design and system functions.
